Welcome!

Minutes from Ponsonby and the Auckland CBD, West End Bowling Club is an old school club on the sunny northern slopes of Herne Bay.  Come and check out our trophy cabinet and have a beer while you enjoy a roll up on our bowling green or have a game of petanque.  Club members will be around to get you started and make sure you feel at home.   

We are no longer taking bookings for November and December of 2023.

Our Greens

There has been lots of work on the greens over winter and they are now open for play.

Cater Your Own Event

When you book your event with us you can organise your own catering or self cater with a BBQ and kitchen on site.  A full reasonably priced bar is available (no BYO).

Book Meeting Space

We have plenty of room available to host your meetings or workshops.

Great venue for a social gathering

We have a bowling tournament with our local friends every year at West End Bowling Club.  Everyone has a great time and it is a fantastic way to get your friends together and have fun bowling.
